The Challenge FINAL is Here

Milli and Wiz recap this week's episode and look ahead to who we think will win next week:

The episode opened with everyone flying to Norway (Nany didn't know that Norway was in Europe). But it wasn't long before Nia and Bananas started yelling and screaming at Sarah/Jordan for putting Banany in the elimination (though that doesn't explain why Nia was complaining; she lost the last challenge fair and square). This resulted in Sarah having a meltdown, Nia sexually assulting Jordan, and Bananas looking genuinely upset for once in his life.

Wizlon: I'll go ahead and fire this off. What were your expectations for the episode - did you think the shaming and hatred on Sarah would be as absurd as it was?

Milli: It was absurd. She played the game as it is meant to be played, deceptively. I think the Sarah shaming was an attempt by Bananas to get in her head going into the final.

Wizlon: Let's do a quick take on each of the four characters and then let’s do a deep cut on Nia.

Bananas - I think he actually was offended - which is so so silly, dude should completely understand.
Nany - Actually surprised by how well she kept it together, only went off on Sarah for like 30 seconds.
Nia - Is an absolutely insane human being (more to come).
Leroy - Freaking genius, sneakily very smart/understanding of the game

Milli: Here's my take.

Bananas - He is actually offended. He's generally a hypocrite though. That's why he's so good at this game.
Nany - She didn't "keep it together". Did you see how hammered she got?
Nia - Insanity. I can't believe they kicked her off for that. Speaking of...
Leroy - Lucky bastard. Losing a weak link and getting Theresa. I expect big things from him, barring a puzzle stumping him.

Wizlon: With regards to Nany, I think she secretly knew the elimination wasn't the next day so she was in the green. Also, she's such a funny drunk. God, what a perfect woman.

Let’s break down Nia before we get to Theresa:

1) She's was directly the reason she and Leroy were in the elimination. She was the worst performer in the last challenge.
2) Calling out Sarah's weight, always classy.
3) Why does she go off on Jordan? It wasn't his decision.
4) Why the homophobic slurs? What is wrong with her? Then saying she's "a friend of the gays". Seriously, the homophobic stuff crossed the line way more than the touching. So glad she got kicked out though. What an absolutely utterly ridiculous human being. She crossed the line in every possible way. If a guy had done any of that, everyone would be going ballistic.

Milli: Its fair because honestly this is a kid's show on a network for teens (sorry Wiz, we're not MTV's target demo), and honestly she made everyone super uncomfortable. I also think she should've been kicked out of the Real World where she was inappropriately touching Jordan some more and trying to pull Averey's weave out.

Sidenote on Nany - When the gang went out in Norway, Nany got plastered (much to Johnny's chagrin) with Jenna and the following happened. #twinning.

Wizlon:
They tend to be more okay with violence on Real World (see this season). Anyways - when they said Leroy didn't have a partner, did you think they were just going to send him home or did you see this coming?

Nia gets sent home for touching Jordan inappropriately - and presumably for the homophobic slurs. Instead of sending Leroy they bring in....

Wizlon: Do you think its fair to bring Theresa in this late?

Milli: It's absolute bullshit they brought Theresa in. What a win for my boy 'Roy. Theresa also got rewarded for crying about the game being unfair ever since Banany came back, which I have a problem with.

Leroy/Theresa beat Banany 2-0 in the elimination (which was yet another physical, wrestling, tug-of-war-style elimination)

Wizlon: I think this really shows how in love the producers are with Leroy. They're def rewarding him for being an absolute boss this season, balling out and staying calm. Notice how the producers also threw him a bone and gave him a second straight physical challenge.

Milli: Just like against Theresa/Wes. Leroy is great, but you can't keep rewarded him for coming in last in challenges (though he is always a hard out in the eliminations even if you don't help him by giving him a physical one).

Sidenote: Do you think Banany got back together in the Ex House (I wouldn't count it out, pretty touchy feely....)

Finally - The FINAL: TJ reveals the first half of the challenge - it will consist of a helicopter ride, a swim (sorry Leroy), and a kayak. There will be intermediate activities they have to complete (probably one strength, one puzzle, one eating). Then, the contestants will have to climb to Mount Slogan (it's scary).

Wizlon: Anyway, moving on - how does the inclusion of swimming move the odds for each team?

Milli: I think swimming was included just to screw with Leroy, and it really depends how far it is to swim. If its only 200 yards like Sarah thinks, Leroy can slowly make his way over. He'll obviously have to make up time later. But if it's like twice that or more, Leroy may just drown.

Wizlon:
Hot take - I don't think it effects it at all. The key is that it's on the first day and they always start everyone off pretty tightly together on the second day. So, it's likely that Leroy/Theresa will fall behind, and get less rest/sleep than everyone else the first night. But ultimately, they won't be THAT punished by it.

It will ultimately come down to a) Theresa's ability to solve puzzles vs b) Sarah's ability to walk up a mountain. I’d put it about even odds, what would your odds be?

Milli: Unfortunately, Theresa got placed with a fellow puzzle wizard in Leroy. And Sarah looks to be puking in the promo for the finale. So, I think it's pretty even, with the off chance that Jay/Jenna don't finish because we still have literally no idea what they are capable of. Jay may have it in him to persevere. I have no idea. Being small could help him, versus Leroy who has to lug all that weight around the whole time. But I don't think Jenna will bring it.

Wizlon: Yeah, I think Jay is fine, just average. He hung in there on the mountain/puzzle challenge (mini-finale)...but Jenna is miserable. I think it's going to be brutal on Sarah - I almost guarantee Jordan carries her at some point.

Milli: Jenna is so dumb too. I think she's a liability on the puzzle if it's the partner's  like the mini-finale challenge.

Wizlon: Yeah, I don't think Jay and Jenna will finish. If I give you even odds, who do you take?

Milli: I say they finish because they let you take as long as you want. Freaking Devin managed last time. It's for $15K. You don't quit.

Wizlon: Okay. Enough time spent on Jay/Jenna. Who are you taking, even odds?

Milli: Jordan/Sarah. I'm still not super sold on Leroy, at least cardio-wise. I know his power. I just think its a disadvantage in the finale.

Wizlon: Ok I would take them to. What if I offered you 3:2, would you consider flipping?

Milli: 2 to 1 and I'd budge.

Wizlon: Man, that's exactly where I'm at to.

Milli: I’ll let you offer me 10:1 odds on Jay/Jenna winning, though.

Wizlon: So 10:1? I'll take the one.
